My Darling Carol,
It has been a very difficult time without you by my side. There hasn't been a day that i have not thought about you. Our daughters have been very strong i think but i know they are suffering, as all the rest of the family and our grandchildren. It was not the same with out you this Christmas, and will never be the same without you. You was our link the chain that kept us together, now its my responsibility, hopefully ill make you proud.
